"Ya'll will be working for me one day anyway..."

Well, Liwanag potluck went nicely, thanks to my invaluable contribution of salsa and cream cheese with mulitcolored chips (ok just white and blue but still...). There was a whole lot of food which is always a good thing, and all I can say is "thank God there's a YFC potluck tomorrow!" We had a good time though, magic mic was playing in the background, and several times I went up and sang a tune, but people kind of tuned me out haha. Can't say I blame them. Also, thanks to Adrian, half of Liwanag knows something I told him that he hinted at in front of other people, which means the other half will know by the time I post this. Damn, Adrian you were on something this evening, you kept giving me quizzical looks and then saying things like "SO?? ANY IDEAS YET???" Haha. Man what a psycho. (I'm just kidding Adrian)
I enjoyed the last day of classes today also. My scenic design class was fun but I am so glad it's over, cause I am now officially done with the 50 series!!!! Wow that's a weight off my shoulders. I also had 120B today, but I still have to go to the final for that which is a joke, but I'm gonna study anyway like a nerd. Now since it's like 1 in the morning, I am stoked at the prospect of being finished with 130 in less than 12 hours!!! and that means only about 15 hrs and my Film Studies class is over except for the final, which is not a joke and I will be studying hard core for that one cause I studied for the mt and it kicked my ass.
But I'm tired of talking about school esp now that it's 1 week and counting before Im done, so Im gonna kinda do a response to GP's blog from yesterday(today? Im not sure..whatevs).....geeps I appreciate the shout-out cause I thought I was the only one who noticed how many white jokes there are, but I figure it's only cause i started them in the first place so no worries about offending me. I also say too many borderline racist jokes as it is, and if you know me you know Im not at all but i need to watch it anyway(I shoulda gave that up for lent). As Erwin and I know, I am what is termed a "habitual line stepper" and the line is "only a dot" to me. One instance of me being waaaaaay over the line was a while back when we ate some alerto's at shawshank and I went into Dee's room to see where the party was, and someone (DAVID) says "ssshhhh, it's the white guy!!" Thats when I busted out with the title of this blog "Ya'll will be working for me one day anyway...". I'm getting ashamed all over again as a write it, I really dont mean that and I love all of you guys, but to be fair it was pretty damn funny at the time, even David thought so. As for the IRA joke, well that's just a given. I mean who were the first miners?? probably some white guys lookin for gold (being the greedy bastards we are) and BLAM they discover some kind of explosive, tnt or whatever, and they have been using that stuff to do whatever the hell they want for forever. Just think, if they put it next to their gold, they'll put it next to anything. I know that was random and probably historically inaccurate, but it was a fun story to make up.
I also wanted to congratulate GP on one of the funniest conversations Ive ever had with someone.....his Mario V. blurb will forever be a funny memory to me, even though you didnt think it was that funny gp.....killjoy. As we were talking tonight about whatever it is that we talk about(see I cant even remember it), the madrona guys asked me what time I had to go to bed cause they wanted to go play mario party. as tempting as it was i had to say no....you should be happy otherwise i wouldnt be posting right now! (I should have gone, Im wasting your time). I guess I kind of lied to the guys cause I said I was gonna go to bed right away, but one thing led to another and...wait wrong excuse, I mean I got sidetracked and I just started working on the paper thats due tmr and blogging. but the paper stopped around the time I was tired of talking about school. As you can probably tell this is getting crazier and crazier so I better finish while I'm ahead and say goodnight.....but please know, I love all you guys and I dont mean anything when I say that you will work for me one day, I am just saying what I asked santa for.....I mean I was making a joke and I overstepped my bounds....sorry erwin.
